Whilst it may be tempting to take your own listing photographs, first impressions really do matter. Major booking sites including Airbnb recommend that you use a professional photographer. The listing photos are one of the main reasons a guest chooses to book. Professional photographs will not only transform your listing, they will make you stand out from the crowd.

Property photography is our signature service and includes interiors, exteriors, details shots and aerial drone photos. Below you can view a very small sample of our previous airbnb photography work.

Our Photographs will highlight what makes your accommodation beautiful and unique.

Our holiday home photography prices start from £199* for a one bedroom property, which will include approximately 2 hours onsite, plus all post-production editing, digital file delivery via Dropbox and travel within 25 miles of CA20.

Our self catering property prices are transparent and we have included a detailed pricing table below, which also includes our available addons.

* Base price excludes styling props (wine, juice, cake, plant) and additional Photoshop editing such as sky replacements, object removal, golden hour and twilight conversions, etc. These are all available as add ons (POA).

The prices shown above include all post processing editing work. As a general rule, every hour of onsite photography results in at least an extra hour of post processing.
The rates above also include the first 30 miles of travel to and from CA20
Additional miles available @ 30p per mile
We are not VAT registered so the prices shown are the total invoice amounts.
The full set of edited photos will be delivered digitally via a Dropbox, normally within 24 hours.
